Istanbul/Ankara (LD)
Morning drive to Ankara, the capital of Turkish Republic. In the
afternoon, visit the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations to
explore Anatolia's ancient past, which dates from the
Paleolithic.

Day 2. Sunday or Thursday
Ankara / Cappadocia (BLD)
Morning drive to Cappadocia via Salt Lake and visit Agzikarahan
Caravanserai. In the afternoon discover the living village of
Soganli where you shall visit impressing early rock carved
churches, see typical Cappadocia houses and instantly emerging
local handcraft market. Donkeys are also available for those who
would like to have a ride.

Day 3. Monday or Friday
Cappadocia (BLD)
Entire day to enjoy the natural beauty and the cultural depth of
this unique region: explore the frescoed interiors of Goreme 's
cave churches, which date from the 8 th century. stroll though
the underground galleries of Ozkonak where the first Christians
hid themselves from rivals, take a walk in Avcilar, Pasabagi and
the red valley of Dervent where you will admire the chimney like
volcanic formations and a brief photo stop at Uchisar.

Day 4. Tuesday or Saturday
Konya / Antalya (BLD)
Morning drive to Konya, Turkey s oldest city and home of the
sect of the Whirling Dervishes. Visit the Museum and the shrine
of Mevlana, the founder of Sufi philosophy based on love and
tolerance. In the afternoon, cross Taurus Mountains to reach
Antalya by the Mediterranean.

Day 5. Wednesday o Sunday
Perge/Aspendos/Antalya (BLD)
Explore the historical sites of Pamphilia region: Perge with its
Hellenistic gate, ancient agora, the stadium and Aspendos, the
best preserved theatre of the Antiquity where performances still
take place. In the afternoon you'll visit the Antalya Museum
housing objects from all civilizations who lived in Asia Minor.
Antalya Break: Option to break for 3, 4 or 7 nights in these
lovely Mediterranean city!!!

Day6. Thursday or Monday
Aphrodisias/Pamukkale (BLD)
Morning drive to Aphrodisias, a cultural center of the ancient
world renowned for its sculpture and its temple which has been
dedicated to the Goddess of Beauty. Admire largest antique
stadium which hosted athletic games, chariot races and gladiator
fights during ancient times. After lunch, drive to Pamukkale,
the ancient healing city of Hierapolis and enjoy the unique
splendor of its cascading, hot springs.

Day 7. Friday o Tuesday
Ephesus/Kusadasi (BLD)
Proceed to Ephesus and wander along its 2,000 year old marble
streets to such famous sites as the theatre, marketplace,
Hadrian Temple, Trajan Fountain, Scholastic Baths and the Celsus
Library. In the afternoon, visit the home of the Virgin Mary
where believed she spent her last days.

Day 8. Saturday or Wednesday
Pergamon/Canakkale (BLD)
Drive along the Aegean coast to ancient Pergamon, the city where
parchment was invented. Discover the Acropolis on top of the
hill and Asclepion, one of the most important healing centers of
the history. In the afternoon, visit the legendary city of Troy,
where Hector abducted Helen, then chased by Achilleus and see
the Trojan Horse that concluded the war, as narrated in the
Iliada of Homeros.

Day 9. Sunday o Thursday
Gallipoli/Istanbul (BL)
In the morning, cross the Dardanelles straight and discover
Gallipoli where the bloodiest battle of the 2 nd World War took
place; visit the museum, Anzac Cove and Lone Pine. Drive to
Istanbul, the only city that truly bridges Europe and Asia.
