Tours and Travel in Turkey

Deposit toward any Commodore Tours , Inc. services constitues full knowledge and acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Deposits :Travelers should reserve early as group size is limited.A %25 per person Deposit is required at tie of registration for most tours ;% 25 per person for cruise/tours.Final  payment is due 60 days before departure.We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and assess penalties, if payment is not received by the due date.

Cost of an Escorted Tour Does Not Include : Air transportation,if not specified otherwise; airport departure taxes; port taxes; passport expenses; visas; laundry.wines, liquor, mineral water, and items of a personal nature; items not on regular menus; sightseeing or services not included in the itinerary; excessive baggage charges; health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance; tipping for personal service; gratuity to guide and driver; or other items not mentioned as included.

Insurance : Commodore Tours,Inc. is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal  luggage and other belongings , nor for personal injury, accident or illness.We urge you to check with your insurance carrier to ensure you also purchase additional insurance to cover luggage, personal effects and accident and health.We strongly recommend you obtain cancellation insurance.

 Important Notice: We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a passenger should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of passengers.A refund of unused land tour services is the limit of our liability.
Commodore Tours, Inc. reserves the right without notice to withdraw any part of the tour and make necessary changes.Any additional cost shall be paid by tour members.Commodore Tours, Inc. acts only as an agent in securing hotel, transportation and other travel services and shall not be liable for any failure by any person or company to render transportation,lodging, or other tour services.All hotel,transportation or specified services are subject to all terms and conditions under which they are offered to the  public generally.Neither Commodore Tours, Inc.nor its agents shall be liable for any personal injury,
propety loss or other damage sustained by a tour member on the trip.

Airline Clause : The IATA Carriers and other transportation companies featured here are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event while passengers are not on board for ther respective conveyance. The passengers contract in use by these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract between The carrier and the tour member. Commodore Tours, Inc. does not assume responsibility for Cancellation fees Apex or special fares due to changes in itinerary or departure.

Entrance requirements: A valid passport and a visa are required for entry into Turkey.Non-u.s. Citizens should consult the Turkish consulate for visa requirements.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be in writing.Regardless of the cause,the following terms will apply on Cancellation:

Less than 1 day or while on tour : No Refunds.

Refunds:Commodore Tours, Inc. shall not give refunds for any reason for unused or cancelled portions of a tour of a tour or independent travel after the departure date,including but not limited to: prepaid lodging, meals, transfers, car rental, sightseeing, etc. There will be no refunds for “no shows”  at the required arrival /departure times or for alterations in travel arrangements which you made  directly with the suppliers without Commodore Tours’prior consent.

Special Requests: All hotel rooms are contracted on “run of the house” basis; particular rooms, location, bed types , dietary or religious requirements and other services cannot be guaranteed and are at the  discretion of the hotelier.
